Noah's Ark Kebab Gyro was founded by Noah, a passionate chef who brought his family's treasured recipes from Turkey to Newark, Delaware. Growing up in Istanbul, Noah spent countless hours in his grandmother's kitchen, learning the ancient art of preparing authentic döner kebab and gyro.
Noah opened his restaurant with a simple mission: to serve the most authentic, delicious Turkish cuisine this side of the Mediterranean. Every dish we serve is a tribute to his heritage and the generations of culinary wisdom passed down through his family.
